Tips for a Normal Pregnancy Outcome.

" It's a MYTH that you need to consume for TWO during Pregnancy.
Instead, you must think of consuming TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The typical requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal each day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must be in the variety of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.
